Tresseme Is Some Great Shampoo! I got to try it!

You may want to sit down for this: the number one cause of hair color fade isn't exposure to UV rays, salt, chlorine or pollution. It's wash out.
Here's how they describe how it works:
But before you swear off showering to help maintain your gorgeous, radiant color, try new TRESemmé® Color Revitalize Shampoo & Conditioner. It's a complete hair care system featuring Advanced Color Lock Technology that preserves your color up to 8x longer* and keeps your hair healthy. That's what the company that makes it says, and after trying it for some time as a Bzzagent with a free sample, I've got to agree that it seems to make my hair healthy and color last longer!
  • Color Revitalize Shampoo gently cleanses color-treated hair without stripping its vibrancy
  • Color Revitalize Conditioner helps lock in your color, sealing the cuticle to protect color longer while helping condition and detangle
And at only $4.49 each (MSRP), you won't just be helping your salon beautiful color last longer — you'll be helping your money last longer, too. But we wouldn't expect anything less from TRESemmé®. After all, chair-worthy hair without the salon price is what they're known for!

The Scoop

Most women believe (and are told) that color fades primarily from exposure to UV rays, salt, chlorine and pollution. In reality, wash out from water is the number one cause! Daily cleansing strips the hair shaft of dye molecules and natural oils, leaving your color looking less than luminous. Chemicals in water can also alter the tone of your color, making blondes look green or brassy, and brunettes and reds look flat. Your color needs serious protection from these elements to keep your hair looking radiant and healthy.
TRESemmé® Color Revitalize Shampoo & Conditioner with Advanced Color Lock Technology keep the dye molecules in the hair shaft, helping reduce color loss while cleansing and creating real color fade protection. Finally a solution to help maintain your salon beautiful color longer!
Professional, Affordable.
When you look good, you feel good. And, TRESemmé© believes that every woman deserves to look fabulous without spending a fortune. That's why its products are salon inspired and stylist tested so you can create your own style and experience that salon feeling every day.
Keep your color alive! TRESemmé® Color Revitalize Shampoo & Conditioner helps retain color for up to 40 washes*!
